I’m Kristin.

For nearly two decades, I’ve worked with people carrying a lot of pressure and responsibility.

The ability to stay focused, push through stress, and handle problems can be a strength in the workplace or in crisis. It can also leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, your spouse, and the people you care about most.
